The Most Sustainable Restaurant in the World
Restaurant Relae has been voted most sustainable restaurant in 2015 and 2016. The restaurant has been given a 3 star rating by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Located in Copenhagen, Relae is known for growing nearly all their own produce and bringing seasonality to their menu. Christian F Puglisi, Founder of Relae and Thought Leader in sustainability, has been focused on making his restaurant 100% organic while educating others on the process.
